Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Times

We offer the following UK delivery options:

• Standard Tracked Delivery (2–4 business days): £3.99
• Express Tracked Delivery (1–2 business days): £5.99
• Free UK Delivery on orders over £50

Local Delivery or Collection

We do not currently offer local delivery or collection. All orders will be dispatched via tracked courier services.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the UK. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future — stay tuned!

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact us.

Missed Delivery / Incomplete Address

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels returned due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned, a re-shipping fee will apply.

Lost or Delayed Orders
