Returns Policy

At The Lash Sanctuary UK, we take pride in the quality of our professional lash products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Items must be in a resalable condition
• You must provide proof of purchase

Due to hygiene reasons, used lash trays, opened adhesives, tweezers, and liquids cannot be returned.

How to return:

Please email us at info@thelashsanctuary.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions if your item is eligible.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable items:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Items returned outside the 14-day window
• Opened or used products

Return postage:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
